What I found with SEMMbuild was they looked at the design, they worked with the architect and were able to make some changes, but also some other practical things that were done during the project that made a real difference.
The attention to detail SEMMbuild displayed throughout this project was just great. For me as a client this is what makes a real difference.

Damien is the perfect builder to use. Awesome in every aspect, his pre planning, discussions, and level of finish is top notch. A great problem solver and so happy to talk through any ideas you have and come up with the perfect solution.

His team are punctual, so polite and keep the worksite spotless.
He completed a full Hamptons internal renovation several years ago for me and is now working on the backyard deck and living area.

Damien and his team were excellent and the quality of workmanship was also of a high standard. We loved the way all choices regarding fixtures and fittings were decided prior to the build starting, so once they commenced the process ran so smoothly.
