Damien Semmler - Owner and Director of SEMMbuild has a working career spanning a total of 20 years. He started his career in residential construction, before moving on to commercial supervisory and site management roles. He then returned to working on high end residential projects. Damien is a fully licensed domestic home builder and specialises in high end home renovations, out of the ordinary and architecturally detailed projects.
Damien’s eye for detail, high quality workmanship and passion for creating exceptional homes is what drives Damien to deliver projects of distinction.

Clancy is the client liaison and office administration at SEMMbuild. She works closely with Damien to look after our valued clients and ensure the highest level of service is provided. Clancy is passionate about building strong client and supplier relationships and is client satisfaction driven. Clancy looks forward to discussing your next building project.

Dylan has recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship, graduating in 2024. Dylan is a second-generation builder and is passionate about the building industry and the projects he works on. His ability to take on any project and execute it to the highest level of quality is a real credit to Dylan. He takes pride in executing each project as if it was his own build. Dylan is a valued member of the SEMMbuild family.

Cory is a fourth year apprentice, soon to be a fully qualified carpenter. Corey brings great enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a friendly smile to the worksite. Like the rest of the team, Corey’s love for the industry shines through in the quality of work he produces. He is a real an asset to the SEMMbuild family.

Thomas is a second year apprentice who has been with SEMMbuild since the start of his apprenticeship. He has made significant progress since joining us, and we are very proud of the carpentry skills he is developing. Thomas is a quiet achiever and his workmanship is excellent. He is picking up carpentry well and we are excited to see him continue to build upon his skills.

Jack is the newest member to the SEMMbuild family and we are very excited to have him on board. Jack is a fast learner and is picking up the art of carpentry effortlessly. Jack has great potential and we are excited to see Jack become a skilled carpenter like the rest of the SEMMbuild team.
