Customer feedback and client testimonials

What I found with SEMMbuild was they looked at the design, they worked with the architect and were able to make some changes, but also some other practical things that were done during the project that made a real difference.
The attention to detail SEMMbuild displayed throughout this project was just great. For me as a client this is what makes a real difference.
That flexibility along with really thinking of the best interest of the client and how can this project is the best it can, that is why SEMMbuild did such a great job.

We couldn't be happier with our renovation experience. From our very first meeting, Damien's knowledge, professionalism and honest advice gave us confidence that we had found the right builder for our complex heritage renovation and extension project. What truly set the team apart was their communication and commitment to delivering on their promises. Damien was always responsive, proactive and willing to work through challenges with practical, cost-effective solutions. His advice on design improvements and material selections not only enhanced the final result but also helped keep the project on budget. From day one, Damien told us that his priority was to get us back into our home as quickly as possible, and he genuinely delivered on that promise. He went above and beyond to coordinate trades, keep the project moving forward and ensure we stayed on track with our own decisions and selections. His dedication, organisation and proactive communication meant we were able to move back into our home within the promised timeframe, which made a huge difference to our family. The entire build was managed exceptionally well, with trades coordinated efficiently and the project completed within the timeframe promised. We always felt informed and supported throughout the journey, and the trust Damien built from the outset meant we had complete confidence in his advice and decision-making. Clancy was also fantastic to deal with, ensuring all administrative matters were handled promptly and professionally. Building and renovating can be stressful, but Damien and his team made the process as seamless as possible. Their attention to detail, transparency and commitment to quality gave us confidence every step of the way. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a renovation or extension project.

Damien is the perfect builder to use. Awesome in every aspect, his pre planning, discussions, and level of finish is top notch. A great problem solver and so happy to talk through any ideas you have and come up with the perfect solution.

His team are punctual, so polite and keep the worksite spotless.
He completed a full Hamptons internal renovation several years ago for me and is now working on the backyard deck and living area.
I have no hesitation in recommending him for any building job!
